Excerpted from Marion Clark's weekly Congregational letter to Tenth Presbyterian Church:
"I am writing this letter on Monday because I have to leave for a few days on family business. So by the time you read this, we will know who will be our president for the next four years. Isn't it great to know that we do not have to wonder who will be our God? Isn't it comforting to know that it is he who raises government leaders and removes them? Isn't it a blessing to think of Jesus' promise that we are in his Father's hands and that no one can remove us from our Father's care?...Whether you are rejoicing or mourning after the election results, do not forget to rejoice in your Lord who has saved you and who is the true ruler over the nations."
