Yesterday, June 5th, was National Running Day. I started running in '94 as an 8th grader who could barely run 3 miles. As a 6'2" skinny skid with no athletic ability I soon found out that I could put one foot in front of the other for a long period of time. 4 marathons, several half-marathons, triathlons, and a couple kid stroller championships later - it was one of the best decisions of my life. So start today - lace up your shoes and go RUN!
